- Usage data: basic technical information (browser, pages visited) needed for the website to work and stay secure.
- Your workspace data: the contacts and companies you manage in Linego. For these we act as a processor on behalf of your organisation.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiries and provide the service you signed up for.
- To keep the platform secure and running smoothly.
- To send you service communications. We only send marketing communications if you agree to them.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and, where applicable, your consent.
Where it is stored
Your workspace is hosted in the data region you choose (Europe or Asia). We don't sell your data to third parties.
How long
For as long as you keep your account or as needed to handle your enquiry, and afterwards for any legally required periods.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@globodain.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
